Starting off his acting career as one of the main supporting role in Love Matters 幸福万岁( Neostudios movie, 2009 ), this young actor took up the challenge and played the rebellious bully, Bryan. Being bilingual in both English and Mandarin, he had once starred in few Channel 5, TV sitcom and filming in Jack Neo’s production, ” Where got ghost? 吓到笑 ( Neostudios movie, 2009 ) ”. Even though he is an amateur in the acting industry, his strong will and determination to improve is surely his plus point. Davian protraits himself seriously towards acting, acting has become part of his life.
The love of acting moves beyond TV acting, Davian had acted in numerous stage plays and had worked with company such as D’Rama arts and Dance soprana. In the year 2006, moving around with his co-actors, D’Rama arts ” Lucky in Life ” stage play tour around Singapore for a year.
Using skills acquired through acting, Davian has also put it to good use in other areas of entertainment like commercials. Heaven and Earth Green tea being the first attempt at shooting commercials followed by Don’t forget the lyrics trailer where he showed his love for performance by dragging as a female dancer for “Nobody”. Continuously pushing himself beyond his limits, he took up dance classes to prepare for upcoming opportunities. In year 2008, Davian was part of the Money Not Enough 2 dance promotion crew performing at numberous Getai.
To enhance his acting ability, he attended acting classes offered by Jteam (year 2007 ) and Dreamforest ( Basic, Intermediate, Advance ) in the year of 2006. Davian was also given a testimonial at the end of the courses by Danny Jow, principal drama coach of Dreamforest.
